魔芋精粉 Konjac Powder
 
 

 

       魔芋粉由高山植物鲜魔芋块茎中提取的魔芋精粉研制而成的纯天然高纯度亲水胶体,具有良好的凝胶性、持水性、悬浮性、稳定性、成膜性、粘接性等;以及颗粒均匀、纯度高、透明度好,配伍能力强等特性。 


       魔芋粉成品为白色粉沫,是多功能的天然食品原料及各料复合性食品添加剂的优质配料。

       魔芋粉主要应用在食品工业原料,仿生食品、医药业、日用化工、轻纺印染、电子工业,石油钻探、饲料工业等领域,在食品领域中,可作稳定剂、增稠剂,食品添加剂,它的用途在食品工艺中已得到越来越多的广泛应用。

     Konjaku flour is abstracted from the tubers of the amorphophallus konjac plant. The products are characterized with good gelation powder, watercapacity, suspensibility, stability, film-forming property and cohesiveness.The pellet of its of good purity and transparency, high viscosity and coefficient of expansion, great dissolution rate and compatibility, and is free of off-flavor.

    Konjaku flour, in the form of white powder, can be used as multi-functional food additives and natural food material.

   Konjaku flour is mainly applied to food material, food, medicine, chemical industry, textile and other light industries, electronic industry, oil drilling and feed industry and so on. In food industry, it is widely used as stabilizer, thickener and additive, gotten more and more application in food techniques.
